Q:How to Genkin Kakitome (Cash Registered Mail)?
A:
1.
Please call and ask registered postal cash envelope (Genkin Kakitome Futo) to us.
We will send it to you as soon as possible.
(Please call the relevant branch you deal with, either Tokyo or Osaka.
The branch will send you the envelope where the address of the branch is already printed)
2.
Please fill in the remittance application & registration with declaration with your signature
(Please be careful that the form for Genkin Kakitome is different from New Registration
Form/Additional/Amendment Form which you can download from our web-site.
You can get it only by mail from MB Japan)
3.
Put the money and remittance application & registration with declaration in the envelope.
4.
Send it to us by cash registered mail
Please note that the mail will be delivered to MB Japan in one or two days after you posted it.
We will process it after we receive the documents and the money
