For Registered Remitter

1. Apply for Easy Postal Remit Card (EPRC) and send a remittance to the Philippines. If you are already using EPRC, you are qualified to join the promotion.
2. Read the terms and conditions of Metrobank Japan’s Bring Metrobank A Friend promotion.
3. Refer your friends to register at Metrobank Tokyo Branch or Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch and to use the Easy Postal Remit Card when sending remittances to the Philippines.
4. Download the Referral Slip. You may also call 03-5281-7281 (Tokyo Branch) / 06-6252-1333 (Osaka Sub-Branch) to request for a Referral Slip by mail.
5. Complete the Referral Slip and place your signature to represent agreement to the terms & conditions of the promotion.
6. Give the Referral Slip to your Referred Friend and provide information on how to register & how to use the Easy Postal Remit Card.
7. An email confirmation shall be sent by Metrobank Tokyo Branch or Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch to clients who provided their valid email address in the Referral Slip once the referral process has been successfully completed.

For Referred Friend

1. Download the Remittance Application & Registration With Declaration and Easy Postal Remit Card Application. You may also call 03-5281-7281 (Tokyo Branch) / 06-6252-1333 (Osaka Sub-Branch) to request for the forms/applications by mail.
2. Completely fill out the information required in the necessary forms/applications to register and attach front & back copy of your valid ID (i.e. Alien Card or Residence Card, Driver’s License, etc.).
3. Send all the necessary forms/applications together with the Referral Slip and the copy of your valid ID to Metrobank Tokyo Branch or Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch.
4. If all requirements for the registration/application have been completed by the Referred Friend, Metrobank Tokyo Branch or Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch will process the registration/application and will send a Confirmation Letter and ID together with the Easy Postal Remit Card via registered mail.
5. Send a remittance using Easy Postal Remit Card to complete the referral process.(until May 15, 2013)
6. Once using EPRC for remittance to the Philippines, you are qualified to join this promotion. Please refer your friends to Metrobank and enjoy 500Yen discount and the chance to win round trip to the Philippines.

Rewards for Each Successful Referral (for Registered remitters only)

1. For each successful referral, Registered Remitters of Metrobank Tokyo Branch or Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch can enjoy JPY 500 Charge Discount when sending remittance to the Philippines through the use of the Easy Postal Remit Card.
2. One (1) computerized raffle entry number for a chance to win a Round Trip Ticket to the Philippines via Philippine Airlines shall be assigned to the registered clients of Metrobank Tokyo Branch or Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch for every successful referral.

Reminders

1. This promotion is applicable to individual registered remitters of Metrobank Japan who are using Easy Postal Remit Card.
2. The JPY 500 Easy Postal Remit Card charge discount and the computerized raffle entry number will be activated after the Referred Friend has sent a remittance to the Philippines through the use of Easy Postal Remit Card.
