We would like to inform you that the Metrobank Osaka Sub-branch will be consolidated into the Metrobank Tokyo Branch, effective February 27, 2026.

This change is part of our efforts to serve you better by improving efficiency and enhancing our digital banking services.

What You Need to Know:

  • Remittance services will continue as usual without interruption.
    You can still send money 24/7 using METS (SMBC/MUFG/RESONA) and EPRC (JP Bank).
  • No changes to your remittance details.
    Your registration PIN number, reference numbers, and transaction history will remain the same.
  • Fees, limits, and procedures remain unchanged.
    If there are any updates in the future, we will notify you in advance.
  • Track your remittance easily:

  • In-person services (Over the Counter) will be moved to Tokyo Branch from February 20, 2026
    You may visit the Metrobank Tokyo Branch for face-to-face assistance, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Our staff will be happy to help you.
  • In line with the on-going branch-in-branch consolidation, please be advised that beginning Jan. 5, 2026 Metrobank Tokyo branch will gradually start processing registration applications and transactions processing as deemed applicable.

Rest assured that no procedures are required of you during this transition.

Nais naming ipaalam sa inyo na ang Metrobank Osaka Sub-branch ay ipagsasama na sa Metrobank Tokyo Branch, epektibo mula ika-27 ng Pebrero 2026.

Ang pagbabagong ito ay bahagi ng aming pagsisikap na mas mapabuti ang aming serbisyo sa inyo sa pamamagitan ng pagpapahusay at pagpapalakas ng aming digital banking services.

Mga Dapat Ninyong Alamin:

  • Patuloy po ang remittance services nang walang aberya. Maaari pa rin kayong magpadala 24/7 gamit ang METS (SMBC/MUFG/RESONA) at EPRC (JP Bank).
  • Walang pagbabago sa inyong remittance details. Mananatiling pareho ang inyong registration, reference numbers, at transaction history.
  • Ang fees, limits, at procedures ay mananatiling pareho. Kung magkaroon man ng mga pagbabago sa hinaharap, ito ay agad naming ipapaalam sa inyo.
  • Madali ninyong masusubaybayan ang inyong remittance:

  • Ang mga in-person na serbisyo ay ililipat sa Tokyo Branch simula ika -20 ng Pebrero 2026. Maaari kayong bumisita sa Metrobank Tokyo Branch para sa harapang assistance, Lunes hanggang Biyernes mula 9:00am hanggang 3:00pm. Ikakatuwa ng staff namin na matulungan po kayo.
  • Alinsunod po sa kasalukuyang pagsasama-sama ng mga branches ay ipinapaalam namin na mula sa ika -5 ng Enero 2026 ay unti-unting sisimulan ng Metrobank Tokyo Branch ang pagproseso ng mga aplikasyon sa pagpaparehistro (remitter registration) at pagproseso ng mga transaksyon (METS/EPRC) kung naangkop.

Pinaalam po namin na walang anumang proseso na kinakailangan ninyong gawin sa panahon na ito.
