What is E-Statement?

E-statement is a service used for receiving remittance statements by e-mail instead of postal mail.

Individual customers using METS (Metro Easy Transfer Service) and EPRC (Easy Postal Remit Card) can change to the method of receiving by e-mail which gives you quick access to your remittance receipts on your mobile phone or PC. Other important notices will also be sent by e-mail.

How to Apply for E-Statement

For New Registration

Select “Apply for E-Statement” when registering for the first time either online or postal mail. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 3-7 days.
