To our valued Metrobank Tokyo Branch EPRC Users,

We would like to inform you that as of this posting (February 13, 2026), our EPRC Real Time Full Service for Metrobank Tokyo Remitters is temporarily suspended due to ongoing system issues. As a result, the processing of remittances may experience delays during this period.

To manage expectations, please take note of the following cut-off time of processing and applicable rates until further notice:

• Remittances received before 11:30 AM (banking day):
  Will be processed within the same day.
• Remittances received after 11:30 AM (banking day):
  Will be processed on the following banking day.
  Note: Transactions received after 11:30 AM on Friday will be processed on Monday, the next banking day.
• Exchange Rate Application:
  For remittances received after 11:30 AM, the next banking day’s exchange rate will apply.

Please be assured that our technical teams are working tirelessly and with the highest urgency to restore full service functionality at the soonest possible time.
