Relocation of Metrobank Osaka Sub-Branch Notice

Metrobank Japan would like to announce the bank’s latest policy on Inactive Remitter Records as follows:
- Please be informed that Remitter Records of our customers shall be tagged as “inactive” if there are no remittance transactions for more than five consecutive years. Inactive Remitter Records shall be considered cancelled or terminated and will be deleted from our system one month after the date of this advisory.
- Please note that deleted Remitter PIN, together with your registered information, can no longer be used for future remittance transactions. Customers with deleted PINs who wish to apply for a remittance transaction shall be required to register as a new remitter under the existing policies of the bank.
If you wish to maintain your current PIN and registered information please contact us immediately prior to the prescribed deletion date.
