Enhancement of METS and QP Service Hours

Thank you very much for your continuous patronage.

In line with extended operating hours of Zengin Net (Japanese Banks’ Payment Clearing Network), service hours of our overseas remittance processing shall be also extended from 16 January 2019.

Extended service hours, in general, are as follows:

• Metrobank Quick Padala (QP)
• commencement of services on Sundays
• Metrobank Easy Transfer Service (METS)
• Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC): extended services hours from 8:00 to 24:00, commencement of services on Saturdays & Sundays and from 8:00 to 24:00 for funds transferred from other banks.
• MUFG Bank Ltd (MUFG): extended service hours from 8:00 to 24:00 for funds transferred from other banks
• RESONA Bank: extended services hours from 8:00 to 24:00, commencement of services on Saturdays & Sundays and from 8:00 to 24:00 for funds transferred from other banks.

Please note that for Metrobank Easy Transfer Service, our service hours vary depending on system maintenance schedule, especially on holidays, of SMBC, MUFG, or Resona.
