RE: EXPANSION AND EXTENSION OF THE STATE OF EMERGENCY UP TO MAY 31, 2021
MBJ’s correspondence under the latest declaration of a state of emergency responding to the spread of COVID-19.
On May 7, 2021, Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga announced that the current state of emergency in 4 prefectures, namely TOKYO, OSAKA, Kyoto and Hyogo will be extended to May 31, 2021 and will now include additional 2 prefectures namely Aichi and Fukuoka.
As stated in the previous statement of the Minister of Finance “Request to Financial Service Users”, to prevent the spread of infection, please refrain from unnecessary and non-urgent visits as much as possible, please contact us by telephone or by e-mail for your requests and inquiries.
