Patuloy pa rin po ang amin pagtanggap at pagpadala ng inyong mga remittance sa inyong mga minamahal sa Pilipinas. Sa kasalukuyan ang mga sangay ng Metrobank, maging ang mga piling Cash Pick Up outlets sa Pilipinas ay bukas upang kayo ay mapagsilbihan.

Dahil po sa maaring delikadong epekto ng COVID-19 sa inyong pagbiyahe patungo sa aming mga branches ay hinihikayat naming kayong gumamit nalang po ng aming mga 24/7 remittance service at iwasan ang pagbiyahe at pagpunta sa aming mga counters.

24/7 po ang mga sumusunod na serbisyo:

  1. EPRC-Easy Postal Remit Card
  2. METS-Metrobank Easy Transfer Service(SMBC,MUFG&Resona)
  3. SMBC QP-Quick Padala

Para sa karagdagang kaalaman o katanungan sa mga nabanggit na 24 /7 na serbisyo ay bisitahan ang aming website, www.metrobank.co.jp.

Paalala po lamang na subaybayan ang aming mga susunod na paalala sa mga darating na araw na may kaugnayan sa batas o utos na ipinapatupad ng gobyerno ng Japan.

※Paalala po lamang na nag inyong remittance ay maaring hindi ma-paprocess kung ito ay mapasasailalim sa anumang sumusunod na kondisyon:
1.Ang halaga ng remittance ay umabot sa JPY 300,000.- o mahigit (nangangailang ng kumpirmasyon ng “purpose” , etc.)
2.Paso o “expired” na nakarehistrong Residence Card (Zairyu Kado) sa Metrobank
3.Hindi makumpirmang nakarehistrong tirihan (Returned Mails/Invalid Address)
4.Ang hindi pagsunod sa anumang “Terms and Conditions” sa aming mga serbisyo
5.Ang buong halaga ng mga padala sa loob na 30 days as umabot sa JPY 1,000,000.- o mahigit (nangangailangan ng pagpasa ng mga dokumentong pangsupporta sa halaga ng padala at sa paggagamitan ng remittance sa Pilipinas.)
Ang mga remittance po nila ay maari lamang ma-process matapos ang pagsumite ng mga kinakailangan dokumento upang masuri at maaprubahan ng bank officer sa mga oras na bukas ang sangay ng Metrobank dito sa Japan.

3.Unknown or Unconfirmed Japan Address (Returned Mails)
4.Violation of service Terms and Conditions
5.Aggregate Remittance amount within 30 consecutive days is JPY 1,000,000.- or more (requires submission of bank prescribed documents)
Remittances not processed and placed on hold will only be processed upon the resumption of regular banking operations after your proper compliance to bank requirements (ex. ID submission, etc.).
